Return & refunds

1. GENERAL TERMS

• • Merchandise sold from stores are non-refundable.
• • Exchange of regular-priced or sales merchandise in their original condition can be done within 30 days of purchase when accompanied with the original receipt – valid for one time only.
• • You may exchange at different stores in CHARLES & KEITH Vietnam.
• • Refund policy only applies to transactions of CHARLESKEITH.VN.
• • We do not offer refunds for products purchased from retail stores.
• • Returns/exchanges are at the sole discretion of CHARLES & KEITH Management, based on current store prices and the merchandise of an equivalent value.
• • Repair services are not available to merchandise that have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear.
• • CHARLES & KEITH Management reserves the right to assess the age and condition of returned/defective merchandise before performing any repair or exchange.
• • Reservations are not allowed for discounted and/or marked-down merchandise.
• • Do not leave your belongings unattended as CHARLES & KEITH Management will not be responsible or liable for the loss or damage of your personal property/items in the store.
• • CCTV cameras are in operation in the store for your personal safety and security.
• • No photography, food and drinks are allowed in the store.
• • CHARLES & KEITH Management reserves the right to amend its store policies and terms & conditions for promotional project item(s) without prior notice.
