Return & refunds
1. GENERAL TERMS
- • Merchandise sold is non-refundable in any circumstance.
- • Each product may only be exchanged once.
- • Returns/exchanges are at the sole discretion of the Management and will be based on the store price at the time or merchandise of equivalent value.
- • The Management reserves the right to assess the condition of returned/defective merchandise before performing any repairs or exchanges.
- • The Management reserves the right to amend store policies and terms & conditions for promotional and special project items at any time.
- • The exchanged product must be of equal or higher value than the purchased product. No refunds will be given for the difference if the exchanged product is of lower value.
- • Return and exchange policies do not apply to products that have been used, laundered, altered, or damaged due to user handling (e.g., stains, scratches, tears, etc.).
- • For hygiene reasons, the store cannot accept returns or exchanges for accessories such as socks, hats, etc.
2. CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE
- • The product must be unused, unlaundered, and free of any unusual odors.
- • The product must be in its original packaging and with any accompanying tags (if applicable).
- • The customer must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase from Maison.
- • The product must not have been damaged due to user storage or transportation.
3. EXCHANGE LOCATIONS
- • Exchange policy is valid at all MLB stores nationwide.
4. EXCHANGE PERIOD AND NON-APPLICABLE ITEMS
- • Products purchased can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- • The exchange policy does not apply to seasonal sale items, Private Sale products, or Black Friday promotions.
