1. HAVAIANAS EXCHANGE POLICY


  • • HAVAIANAS offers an exchange policy for full-price products as follows:

2. Exchange Period:


  • • Within 30 days from the date of purchase.

3. Exchange Conditions:


  • • Items must retain original tags and be unused.
  • • Items can be exchanged at any HAVAIANAS store in the official Maison distribution network.
  • • Returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

4. Exchange Value:


  • • The exchanged item must be of equal or greater value than the original item.
  • • If the new item is of lower value, customers can choose additional products, but no refund will be given for the difference.
  • • The exchange policy does not apply to discounted items.

5. Exchange Instructions:


  • Step 1: Ensure the product meets the following conditions:
    • • Complete purchase documents (receipt).
    • • Unused, with original tags and labels intact.
  • Step 2: Bring the product and receipt to a HAVAIANAS store within 30 days of purchase.
  • Step 3: Store staff will check the product's condition and confirm the exchange eligibility.
  • Step 4: Select a new item of equal or higher value than the original item. If the new item is of lower value, customers can choose additional products, but no refund will be given for the difference.

6. Notes:


  • • PUMA does not accept exchanges for shoe care accessories, socks, or items in the underwear category.
  • • Each product is eligible for exchange only once.
  • • The exchange policy does not apply to products that are used, washed, altered, or damaged due to customer handling (such as dirt, stains, scratches, or holes).
  • • No refunds are provided for purchased items under any circumstances.
  • • To safeguard your rights, it is recommended to keep the product and packaging intact for the first 30 days after purchase.
