1. EXCHANGE POLICY

• • Purchased items cannot be returned.
• • Kindly present the original purchase receipt when exchanging an item.
• • Items can only be exchanged one time and within 30 days. Exchanged items must be in new/original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items must not have been worn, washed, dirty, soiled, or contaminated by cosmetics or chemicals.
• • Shops are allowed to perform exchanges with other shops under the Maison shop system.
• • Items sold cannot be exchanged if used or damaged (except in the case of defects under the warranty policy).
• • We do not offer any exchanges on: jewelry, sunglasses, and perfume.
• • Discounted items cannot be exchanged.
• • Exchanged items must have equivalent value. If the customer wishes to exchange for an item of lower value compared to the original, the difference will not be reimbursed. If the exchanged item has a higher value, the customer will need to pay the price difference.
