1. EXCHANGE POLICY AT PUMA STORES
- • PUMA offers an exchange policy for full-priced products, as detailed below:
2. Exchange Period
- • Within 30 days from the date of purchase.
3. Exchange Conditions
- • The product must have its original tag and be unused.
- • Exchanges can be made at any PUMA store within the official Maison distribution network.
- • No return policy is applied.
4. Exchange Value
- • The exchanged product must be of equal or higher value than the original product.
- • If the new product has a lower value, customers may select additional items; no refund will be provided for the difference.
- • Discounted products are not eligible for exchange under the PUMA policy.
5. Exchange Process Steps
- • Step 1: Ensure that the product meets all the following conditions:
- o The product includes complete purchase documentation (receipt).
- o The product box and packaging remain intact.
- o The product is unused and has its original tags and labels.
- • Step 2: Bring the product and the receipt to any PUMA store within 30 days of the purchase date.
- • Step 3: Store staff will inspect the product's condition and confirm the eligibility for exchange.
- • Step 4: Select a new product of equal or higher value than the original item. If the new product has a lower value, customers may choose additional items; however, no refund will be given for any difference.
6. Notes
- • PUMA does not accept exchanges for shoe care accessories, socks, or items in the underwear category.
- • Each product is eligible for exchange only once.
- • The exchange policy does not apply to products that are used, washed, altered, or damaged due to customer handling (such as dirt, stains, scratches, or holes).
- • No refunds are provided for purchased items under any circumstances.
- • To safeguard your rights, it is recommended to keep the product and packaging intact for the first 30 days after purchase.
