1. GENERAL TERMS

• • No refund.
• • Each item only be exchanged once.
• • Items must not be worn or damaged.
• • All item(s) must be attached with original tags & box.
• • Customer must be able to provide original receipt from Maison including the item(s).
• • The lens has been replaced or removed are not exchangeable.
• • The item to be exchanged must have the same or larger value from the original item. No change will be given if the exchanged item has less value than the original item.
• • Exchange policy is not applicable for markdown item(s), or item(s) purchased from any promotions.
• • Mujosh VietNam reserves the right to refuse any exchange.

2. THE LOCATION OF EXCHANGE

• • All point of sales of MUJOSH in VIETNAM.

3. EXCHANGE DETAILS

• • Time-limit: Within 7 days of receipt.
