Return & refunds

1. GENERAL TERMS

  • • No refunds will be provided for purchased products under any circumstances.
  • • Each item can only be exchanged once.
  • • Returns and exchanges are subject to the final decision of the Management and will be based on the current store price or an item of equivalent value.
  • • The Management reserves the right to assess the condition of returned/defective items before performing any repairs or exchanges.
  • • The Management reserves the right to amend the store's policies and terms & conditions for promotional items and special programs at any time.
  • • The item to be exchanged must have the same or greater value than the original product. No change will be given if the exchanged item is of lower value than the original.
  • • The exchange policy does not apply to items that have been used; washed/cleaned; altered; or damaged during storage or transportation by the customer (e.g., dirty, stained, scratched, torn, etc.).
  • • To ensure product hygiene, the store cannot accept exchanges for accessories such as socks, hats, etc.

2. EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

  • • The item must be unused, unwashed, and free of any unusual odor.
  • • The item must have the original tags and packaging (if any).
  • • The customer must provide the full purchase receipt from Maison.
  • • The item must not have been damaged due to storage or transportation by the customer.

3. EXCHANGE LOCATIONS

  • • Exchanges are applicable at all MLB stores nationwide.

4. EXCHANGE PERIOD AND EXCLUSIONS

  • • Items can be exchanged within 30 days from the purchase date.
  • • The exchange policy does not apply to seasonal sale items, items purchased during Private Sale, or Black Friday promotions.
