Return & refunds

1. EXCHANGE POLICY


  • • No return.
  • • Products purchased will not be returned under any circumstances.
  • • The exchange and return of goods will be decided by the Management Board at its sole discretion and will be based on the selling price at the store at that time or the product of equivalent value.
  • • Management reserves the right to evaluate returned/defective goods prior to making any repairs or exchanges.
  • • Management reserves the right to modify the store's policies and conditions for promotional items and special programs at any time.
  • • Exchange products must have the same or higher price than the purchased product. Customers are not refunded if the exchanged product is of lower value than the purchased product.

2. CONDITIONS:


  • • Unused product.
  • • All items must be attached with original tags & box (if any).
  • • Customer must be able to provide the original receipt from Maison including the items.

3. EXCHANGE DETAILS:


  • • Exchange policy is not applicable for markdown items, or items purchased from Private Sale & Black Friday.
  • • Time limit: within 3 days of receipt.
  • • Excluding: Underwear, swimsuits & any type of accessories including (but not limited to): earrings, sunglasses & other ancillary products.
