1. EXCHANGE POLICY
- • Purchased item cannot be returned (except only for technical or quality defects).
- • Items can only be exchanged once and within 14 days.
- • Items sold cannot be exchanged if used or damaged. Note: Exchanged items must be in new/original condition with all tags and packaging intact, items must not have been dirty, soiled, or contaminated by chemicals.
- • Kindly present the original purchase receipt when exchanging an item.
- • Exchanged item must have equivalent value. If the customer wants to exchange for a lower value item compared to the original, the difference will not be reimbursed. If the exchanged item has a higher value, the customer will have to pay the extra amount.
- • Discounted items cannot be exchanged.
