1. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


  • • No refunds. Please check your products and invoice carefully before leaving.
  • • Each item can only be exchanged once within 30 days of purchase.
  • • Customer must provide the original receipt from Maison, including the item(s) purchased.
  • • Customer can only exchange eligible item(s) at the store where the item(s) were originally purchased.
  • • The item to be exchanged must have the same or higher value than the original item. No change will be given if the exchanged item has a lower value than the original item.
  • • Items must not be washed, worn, damaged, or have any strange odor. All item(s) must retain original tags and packaging (if any).
  • • Exchange policy is not applicable for markdown items or items purchased during Private Sale or Black Friday.
  • • To ensure product hygiene, the store cannot accept exchanges for accessories such as socks, hats, etc.

2. GENERAL TERMS


  • • The Management reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned/defective merchandise before performing any repair or exchange.
  • • All exchanges are at the sole discretion of the Management and will be based on current store prices or merchandise of an equivalent value.
  • • The Management reserves the right to amend store policies, terms, and conditions for promotional and special project items without prior notice.
