Return and Refund Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Customers may exchange BIRKENSTOCK merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date written on the bill.
2. Customers may exchange an item for another item at a similar or higher price.
3. No change/refund will be given if the replacement item is priced lower than the original item purchased.
4. Products for exchange must be in their original, unused condition, with tags and boxes (if any).

• Sale/promotion items cannot be exchanged.
• Socks, shoe-care products, underwear, and accessories cannot be exchanged.
• Customers are only allowed to exchange a product once per receipt.
• All purchases are non-refundable in all cases.
• Exchange of products is processed based on retail prices at the time of exchange or products at similar prices, and is subject to BIRKENSTOCK’s final decision.
• BIRKENSTOCK reserves the right to amend this exchange policy and conditions at any time.
