FILA RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
FILA offers an exchange policy applicable to full-priced items under the following conditions:
EXCHANGE PERIOD
Items can be exchanged within 30 days from the purchase date shown on the receipt.
EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Items must be unused, with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
Exchange is valid at all official FILA stores under Maison’s distribution system.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
EXCHANGE VALUE
The new item must be of equal or higher value than the original item.
If the new item is of lower value, the customer must select additional items to match the total value – no change or money back.
Discounted or promotional items are not eligible for exchange.
EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
Step 1: Ensure the item meets all the following:
Step 2: Bring the product and receipt to any FILA official store under Maison’s distribution system within 30 days.
Step 3: Store staff will inspect the item and confirm eligibility for exchange.
Step 4: Select a new item of equal or higher value. If the chosen item is lower in price, select additional items – no money will be refunded.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Exchanges do not apply to shoe care accessories, socks, and underwear.
Each item is eligible for exchange only once.
Items will not be accepted if used, washed, altered, or damaged due to improper use or care (dirty, scratched, stained, torn, etc.).
No refunds under any circumstances.
Customers are advised to retain the product and packaging in good condition during the first 30 days for their protection.
