1. EXCHANGE POLICY

• • No refund.
• • 01 time exchange limit per receipt/invoice.
• • Items are eligible for exchange within 30 days from the purchase date on the receipt/invoice.
• • Items purchased at Charles Tyrwhitt stores are eligible for exchange.
• • Items can be exchanged at any Charles Tyrwhitt stores in Vietnam.
• • The original receipt/invoice is required.
• • Only apply for full-price items.
• • Items must be new and in original condition with attached tags, labels, and accessories.
• • Can be exchanged for items of equal or higher value from the original item. If higher, customer needs to pay the price difference; if lower, no refund on the price difference will be issued.
• • Non-exchangeable items: accessories, footwear, jewelry, underwear.
