- Items are eligible for exchange within 30 days from the purchase date on the receipt/ invoice
- Items purchased at USPA stores are eligible for exchange
- Items can be exchanged at any USPA stores in vietnam
- The original receipt/ invoice is required and only apply for full price items
- Items must be new and original condition with attached tags, labels, accessories
- Can be exchanged for items of equal or higher value from the original item. If higher customer need to pay the price difference, if lower no refund on the price difference will be issued
- Non-exchangeable items: accessories, footwear, jewelry, underwear, swimwear
