1. SKECHERS - EXCHANGE POLICY
- • Customers may exchange items within 30 days for regular-priced products from the purchase date shown on the receipt.
2. Exchange Conditions:
- • The exchange item must be of equal or greater value than the originally purchased product. Customers will not receive a refund if the exchanged item has a lower value than the original purchase.
- • The product must be in its original condition, unused, with intact tags, and include the product box (if applicable).
- • Items purchased at a specific store can only be exchanged at that same store.
3. Exclusions to the Exchange Policy:
- • Items such as socks, shoe care products, undergarments, and other accessories.
- • Products purchased on promotion or discount cannot be exchanged (including changes in size, style, or color).
- • No return policy is applied under any circumstances.
4. Exchanges will be subject to the final decision of SKECHERS
- • Exchanges will be subject to the final decision of SKECHERS and will be based on the current in-store price or a product of equivalent value.

- • SKECHERS reserves the right to amend the exchange policy and conditions at any time.
