1. EXCHANGE POLICY

• • Purchased item cannot be returned (except only for technical or quality defects).
• • Items can only be exchanged 1 time only and within 14 days.
• • Item sold cannot be exchanged if used or damaged. Note: Exchanged items must be in new/original condition with all tags and packaging intact, item must not have been worn, washed, dirty, soiled or contaminated by cosmetics, chemicals or smoke.
• • Shops are allowed to perform exchanges with other shops under the Maison shop system.
• • Accessories and jewelry purchased cannot be returned or exchanged. Note: Exchange applied only for technical or quality defects.
• • Kindly present the original purchased receipt when exchanging item.
• • Exchanged item must have equivalent value. If customer wants to change to a lower value item in comparison to the original value, the difference will not be reimbursed. If exchanged item has a higher value in comparison to the original value, customer will have to pay for extra money.
• • Discount item cannot be exchanged.
