Return & refunds
1. EXCHANGE POLICY
- • No refund.
- • Each item can only be exchanged once.
- • Products purchased will not be returned under any circumstances.
- • Returns and exchanges will be at the discretion of the Management and will be based on the store price at that time or a product of equivalent value.
- • Management reserves the right to evaluate returned/defective goods prior to making any repairs or exchanges.
- • Management reserves the right to modify the store's policies and conditions for promotional items and special programs at any time.
- • Exchange products must have the same or higher price than the purchased product.
- • Customers are not refunded if the exchanged product is of lower value than the purchased product.
2. CONDITIONS:
- • Items must not be washed, worn, damaged, or have any unusual odor.
- • All items must be attached with original tags & box (if any).
- • Customer must be able to provide the original receipt from Maison including the item(s).
3. EXCHANGE DETAILS:
- • Exchange policy is not applicable for markdown item(s), or item(s) purchased from Private Sale & Black Friday.
- • Time limit: within 30 days of receipt.
- • Excluding: Underwear, swimwear, and any type of accessories including (but not limited to) shoes, bags, wallets, scarves, glasses, belts, jewelry, keychains, phone cases, and other auxiliary products.
