1. EXCHANGE POLICY
- • Purchased item cannot be returned (except only for technical or quality defects).
- • Items can only be exchanged 1 time and within 14 days.
- • Item sold cannot be exchanged if used or damaged. Note: Exchanged items must be in new/original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Item must not have been worn, washed, dirty, soiled, or contaminated by cosmetics, chemicals, or smoke.
- • Shops are allowed to perform exchanges with other shops under the Maison shop system.
- • Accessories and jewelry purchased cannot be returned or exchanged. Note: Exchange applied only for technical or quality defects.
- • Kindly present the original purchased receipt when exchanging item.
- • Exchanged item must have equivalent value. If the customer wants to change to a lower value item compared to the original value, the difference will not be reimbursed. If the exchanged item has a higher value compared to the original value, the customer will have to pay for the extra amount.
- • Discount items cannot be exchanged.
