MAISON RMI – EXCHANGE POLICY (GENERAL)
1. GENERAL TERMS
• MAISON RMI does not accept returns under any circumstances.
• Each item is eligible for exchange once only.
• All exchanges are subject to review and approval by Management, based on the in-store price at the time of exchange or an item of equivalent value.
• Management reserves the right to inspect and assess the condition of the item before approving an exchange or repair.
• MAISON RMI reserves the right to amend the exchange policy and conditions for promotional items or special programs at any time without prior notice.
• The exchanged item must be of equal or higher value than the original item. No refund will be provided if the exchanged item is of lower value.
2. EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
• The item must be unused.
• The item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact (if applicable).
• Customers must present a valid original purchase receipt issued by MAISON RMI.
• The item must not be damaged due to improper use or handling by the customer.
3. EXCHANGE LOCATION
• Exchanges are only accepted at the store where the item was originally purchased.
• Note: This policy does not apply to items purchased at MAISON Outlet stores.
4. EXCHANGE PERIOD & EXCLUSIONS
• Exchange period: within 30 days from the purchase date (as stated on the receipt).
• Exchanges are not applicable for seasonal sale items, Private Sale items, or Black Friday purchases.
• Non-exchangeable items include: underwear, swimwear, and accessories such as footwear, bags, wallets, scarves, sunglasses, belts, jewelry, keychains, phone cases, and other supplementary items.
