1. RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS


  • • Customers must inspect the goods condition and may exchange/return goods immediately upon delivery/receipt in the following cases:
    • o Products do not match the type or design ordered or as shown on the website at the time of ordering.
    • o Insufficient quantity or incomplete sets as ordered.
    • o External condition is affected such as torn packaging, peeling, breakage, etc.
  • • Customers are responsible for providing relevant documents to prove the deficiencies mentioned above to complete the return/exchange process.

2. NOTIFICATION AND RETURN SHIPPING REGULATIONS


  • • Notification timeframe for return/exchange: within 48 hours of receiving the product for cases of missing accessories, gifts, or breakage.
  • • Return shipping timeframe: within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • • Return locations: Customers may bring items directly to our office/stores or send via postal service.
  • • For any feedback/complaints regarding product quality, customers are encouraged to contact our customer service hotline.
